*Limited Vinyl Storm Window Warranty Unlimited, Inc. warrants its vinyl storm window for a period of twenty years from the date of installation. During the first year after installation, Unlimited, Inc. will pay 100% of the cost of repair or replacement, including labor. During the second year through the 20th year after installation, Unlimited, Inc. pays an amount, decreasing by an amount equal to 5% per year after the first year following installation not including labor. After such time, labor will be charged at Unlimited Inc.'s current labor rate. |

*Limited Vinyl Prime Window Warranty Unlimited, Inc. warrants its Vinyl Prime Window, for as long as the purchaser owns the home. During the first year after installation, Unlimited, Inc. will pay 100% of the cost of repair or replacement including labor. After the first year, Unlimited, Inc. will provide any defective parts at no charge. After one year, labor will be charged at Unlimited, Inc.'s current labor rate. The sealed insulated glass unit is warranted against defects for a period of thirty years from the date of installation. Should the glass fail prior to year ten, Unlimited, Inc. will provide a replacement sealed unit at no charge. Should the glass fail after year ten, Unlimited, Inc. will charge a fixed percentage of the company selling price for insulated glass at that time, according to the following formula: 50% for year 10-15, 70% for years 16-20, 80% for years 21-25, and 90% for years 26-30. After one year, labor will be charged at Unlimited, Inc.'s current labor rate. |

During the first year after installation, Unlimited, Inc. will pay 100% of the cost of repair or replacement including labor.
